We are experienced Singapore litigation counsel arguing before all levels of the Singapore Courts. But we are much more than that: litigation often arises in crisis management situations requiring actions in different parts of the world. Our value add is in tapping on our extensive network of lawyers, knowledge of local court systems and ability to marshal teams of local counsel and experts at short notice. As a trusted advisor for clients, we leverage on our in-depth understanding of the litigation processes in the region and beyond to advise clients on the most effective and practical solutions in each jurisdiction. We have helped clients navigate litigation in United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, China and Vietnam securing judgments, freezing injunctions, disclosure orders and enforcement of awards.
Our litigation experience ranges from contractual disputes, tortious claims, asset recovery and security enforcement often against the backdrop of allegations of fraudulent or dishonest behaviour where time sensitivity is paramount.
